Ideally located for numerous days out including Banham Zoo Bressingham Steam Museum & gardens Go Ape in Thetford Forest for cycle hire picnics and Peddars Way footpath. Under a 1 hour drive to reach the Southern Broads of Oulton Broad for boat hire or the Suffolk Heritage Coast of Southwold a town steeped in maritime history with impressive lighthouse Sunnysands for those with young children and harbour walks; do not forget to sample the freshly caught local fish or locally brewed ale. Games room: with table top football games and darts. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: upstairs stunning master king-size with en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony for views overlooking the beautiful countryside. Downstairs 1 king-size with en-suite wet room 1 twin which can be presented as a king-size by request and 1 further twin that can be presented as a queen-size with French doors to rear patio and garden.
